Find joy in everyday life and feel alive again 🌞 This subliminal recording is designed to help you reconnect with your natural state of joy ✨ — the kind that doesn’t depend on circumstances, achievements, or anyone else’s approval. It’s designed to clear subconscious blocks that make life feel heavy, dull, or emotionally flat, allowing joy to flow freely again.
As you listen, your mind and body begin to remember what genuine joy feels like — calm, peaceful, and deeply freeing. The affirmations in this track dissolve resistance to happiness, and awaken your inner light.
You might notice small moments of happiness showing up more easily — laughter, ease, appreciation, warmth. That’s the energy of joy returning home to you.
Listen daily in a quiet space, and let the sound carry you into a calm, receptive state — there’s nothing you need to try to do. Just allow your subconscious to absorb the vibration of joy.
*Headphones are highly recommended to maximize results.

The affirmations:
You allow yourself to feel good; you are worthy of feeling joy
Your body and heart remember how to feel joy naturally
It’s safe for you to feel light, playful, and alive
Your nervous system knows how to relax into happiness
You release the old habit of scanning for what’s wrong
You are worthy of feeling joy simply because you exist
There is room in the world for everyone, including your happiness
Exhilaration is your natural state
You can be joyful and still be compassionate, grounded, and wise
Feeling joy honors life — it’s how you say yes to being alive
You allow yourself to be happy even before everything is perfect
Your heart is awakening to the beauty that surrounds you
Joy flows through you easily, like sunlight dancing on water
You feel light, open, and responsive to life again
You trust life enough to relax and enjoy it
You easily release the habit to anticipate problems
You let life surprise you with goodness
It’s safe to laugh, to play, to enjoy the moment fully
The more you let go, the more joy naturally arises
You feel supported by life, and joy feels natural again
You are a channel for pure, radiant joy
You are aligned with the divine flow

"You release the old habit of scanning for what’s wrong" ...
Almost every minute I'm awake. I've never put words to how I live. Comboned with a deep belief i am always being watched & judged. I'm 60 & can't think of a time before this.
Affs like: Money is safe, wealth is safe, receiving money is safe, being rich is safe, being a multimillionaire is safe, free money is safe, receiving money out of the blue is safe, acquiring sudden wealth is safe, money in all its forms is safe, it's safe to receive money, it is safe to make money, it is safe to become rich etc
Ps. I cannot use headphones or earbuds. Are stereo speakers ok?
