I’m building one now out of a 30 gallon Campbell and H. Tank now that I seen yours works well.

Super heated steam was used during 1950's in Texas by US servicmen to
run used fuel oil furnace on water line.  Oil used to preheat fire pot
and S.S. coil tubing + water to 1500 degrees. T fitting and extra valves
mounted. When up to temperature, oil valve shut off. The resulting
hydrogen and oxygen torch flame continues furnace running. 90 lbs
pressure + 90lbs  water lines with dual pumps and central motor with
blower. U.S. patent application filed, but only resulted in final
printing of 50% increase in efficiency with ordinary steam as only
allowed to public. ( The change of high pressure to AMBIANT through tiny
spray nozzel allowed for extreme vibration of vapor molecules that
separated to gases,- at a much LOWER unusual high temperature. ) A much
smaller demonstrator was built and shown to Senater in large wooden box
with fire brick chamber and steel ring with holes- like coleman stove.
Units have to be restarted on fuel oil.

It is called a drip feed stove. Not a run feed stove. Slow it down to a drip, and still get plenty of heat.  No criticism her it is still a nice stove👊🤘👍😉 Try burning hot he really have some good ideas for stoves

Brilliant! In my part of Texas anything under 70° is cold and 105° is perfect jogging weather.  After last years winter storm I've been searching for alternative ways to heat the place up. Thanks for sharing this video.

Add a box fan behind it to move the hot air around. :)

Genius 👌🏻

Think you should have an heat shield around it.
5 to 10 cm space and then a metal wall around it to stop the radiation and open in the top and bottom so it gets good air flow.

Can be painted black to still have some radiation heat but it will help a lot anyway what colour it is.

Should stop it melting things around it and still heat good.

Awesome.  I need to make one too, I have like 150 gallons on waste oil. Keep it up

GOOD VIDEO!

This is cool as shit. I do hvac and this is awesome. I turned a old expansion tank for a boiler into a fire pit . Looks exactly what you got here except I put the sticks from the yard in it lol

Awesome…new too your page anything on CRV lift kits…💪👍🏻

Thanks for your video. Can you give more info or diagram on how you did the 90 degree 1/2" inside the 1-1./4" pipe?

❤ your video
You got good thing going, one suggestion , use metal pail with copper tubing
supply line s safe distance from the stove. Also check out colour of flames and their temperatures.  Your flame is white. I ran torpedo heater vegitable oil conversion for yrs . Built heater block with temp controllers.  Now use double barrel stove ( to hard get good wvo,)

Nice stove!!! Time to start optimizing it. Put 6-8 2" pipes thru the chamber, up high, horizontally. Push a lot of air thru them, slow the oil down to about 1 drip per second or so. Warmer shop, no melting anything, stove will last way longer. So many people build these and think they must run at 'incandescent speed'. Heat exchangers are a way of life. If you run the stove more optimized, you will get more out of it. Doesn't matter if you have thousands of gallons of used oil. Michael in Colorado.

I like your design. I wonder if having the tank in the horizontal position would put out more heat. I think a lot of heat is going straight out of the stove pipe.

Air mattress blowers dont hold up & are pretty noisy.    Can wrap some aluminum foil on the PEX.

tbh man the only thing keeping me from building one of these is that I don't have a proper shop, just a garage that's attached to my house. The ventilation part is what is stopping me.

I would wont it in center of shop because it’s very hard to regulate heat and it’s going to really get hot at times even with two box fans on high speed

Surround it with fire brick to retain the heat

Put some fire bricks on the inside it will help. Bottom and side
