Check out some of the techniques Lerdsilla taught me: https://youtu.be/lSsZ5VQmYgc

And this is him hungover and partied out after a Bday party 😭 👏

This is how sparing should be. Relaxed, smiles and lots of technique. No flying punches and grudge.

If I can beat this cancer it’s back to training. You’ve been a huge inspiration and motivation to not give up… lately every day is another challenge. I’ll be lucky just to eat today. God bless, and Osu!

holy shit.  just goes to show you there's levels to this.

I love this type of sparring. No one is getting hurt, and you learn to move, adapt, counter, everything needed to become a better fighter. Why can't all gyms be like this. Awesome video Jeff. Thanks for sharing with us

To have lerdsila say he couldn't see anything for you to work on is a massive achievement. The type of thing you put on your linkedin

His timing is absurd. He's shorter than you but manages to lean back away from your punches and immediately return a punch without even moving his feet

These Thai fighters are unbelievable. Seeing them in real life is an experience, their entire lives revolve around Muay Thai. If you're lucky enough to get a chance to train in Thailand with these dudes you need to take the opportunity immediately

Not gonna lie, I didn't know there were guys that could make you look like a rookie haha. This man is insane.

his head movement is so elite, you can specialize in this art, just working on that is pretty cool stuff

Jeff’s collecting muay thai legends like infinity stones

The replays are so helpful. The movements of this guy truly need to be watched multiple times

Mesmerising. He's just so fast and experienced. Sees everything coming. No chance

I had the pleasure of attending a Lerdsila seminar and meeting the man. He's a super nice guy, and extremely creative in his style. He and Saenchai define the Muay Femur approach better than anyone else.

1:07 the skill it takes to not actually hurt someone with this move is crazy. Especially against someone with very little to no sparring experience against.

Wow I cant believe you sparred with Lerdsila! We need a part 2 for sure!

Jeff looks like a talented and a hard working fighter and a somewhat gifted athlete, but Lerdsilla looks like Muay Thai is just his first language: just flowing gracefully despite admittedly being hangover.

This is art. He is art

Imagine this guy is at his 40+ and he still moves like that. The spar was so good no ego just learning, application and fun. Keep posting this kind of sparring its very wonderful to see your insights on MMA not only Muay Thai. God speed brother 👊👊👊
