Ich habe absolut nichts gegen Zubehör Teile, denn die Originalteile sind meistens derbe überteuert. Aber die Passgenauigkeit kann da halt schonmal ziemlich große Toleranzen haben.
Und gerade bei einer Bremse sollte alles richtig befestigt sein.
Wobei das wahrscheinlich auch mit 130NM (bei neuen Schrauben) halten würde. Aber da ist ja nicht mal neues Loctite draufgemacht worden.
Das Thema wie beschrieben ist mir sehr bekannt!
Die Klammer in eine Bohrung einführen bis komplett drin ... dann an der 2. Bohrung ansetzen ... danach in der Mitte der Klammer drücken
(weiß so auf die Schnelle die Richtung nicht ... gibt aber nur 2 Möglichkeiten) ... die Klammer flutsch jetzt richtig in die 2. Bohrung (mit einer Hand an Bohrung die Klammer halten
und mit der anderen Hand in der Mitte der Klammer drücken (ich meine von oben gegen die Wölbung))
und ist deutlich weniger verspannt - in aller Regel passen dann auch die neuen Klammern!
Die original Opel Spangen sind übrigens auch von ATE, da diese Sattelausführung ja auch von ATE ist.
Bei gleichen Amis in Nord Amerika kann auch mal ein drehwinkel drauf kommen.
Und die aftermarket Geschichte besteht - leider- mittlerweile nur noch aus 50% hundescheisse.
Ich weiß nicht mal wie oft ich alte Federn an Trommeln verwenden MUSSTE weil die beigelegte einfach Schrott waren.
Bei 40 Jahre alten Teilen ist das immer wieder (haher) witzig.
