It was no one’s business but Prince and Mayte if the baby was alive or not!!! I was so glad to have meet Mayte in 2018 when I was at the celebration at Paisley Park💜

I am a huge Prince fan, but some of the things that came to light after his death made me rethink how I felt about him.  Regarding Mayte, just how she describes their relationship in her book makes it sound like Prince was grooming her to be his virgin bride,  with the permission of her so-called parents.  They practically gave that young girl to Prince on a silver platter.

Yo she thought he was beautiful and he said she was a kid and where her mama. Her mother was managing her. It’s an article out there where he explained it. He said she was a kid. If she got older and liked him, he said he didn’t know how he felt about it. There’s an article, I read it but can’t find it.

Mayte says in her book that she got the  house in Spain per the divorce. That is not nothing. I can’t believe parents would allow a 16 year old girl to be anywhere near a man twice her age no matter who he was!! They were at fault as much as he was!

Biased and grossly inaccurate account of events. She left the marriage with a villa in Spain and the proceeds from hocking his belongings. The band member she cheated with can keep her company. 😒

I love prince my all time favorite. His relationship between him and her was a case of grooming. The way he treated her in the end was heart breaking to say the least. I struggle with my love of him because of this.

I love Princes music BUT I don’t think he was a good man  when it came to relationships.

WTF is up with SOO many industry men lusting after very young ladies?!?! It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!!
