Bruiser - Do you do poison?

Rob as the uxoricidal (thank you, EwoktheMoid) man in sketches from the short-lived, one-series-only sketch show 'Bruiser' (2000) starring Olivia Colman, Martin Freeman, Matt Holness, Charlotte Hudson, David Mitchell and Robert Webb.

Martin in those glasses. ADORABLE. The hardware store set a precursor to 'Hardware'? I LIKE.
David in that vest. ADORABLE. Of course he'd be the librarian. Sweet, sexy librarian-man. =D

Clips are from episodes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6

This is what owning a shop in Skyrim feels like.
“Do you have Potent Poison of Damage Health? How much health damage per second can it inflict? Would it work on undead, who perhaps look like this?”

Fuck it's refreshing not being told when to laugh by obnoxious laughing tracks

I feel like the entirety of British comedy is like 5 or 6 actors.

A kind man looks out for the safety of his lover who is terribly susceptible to stress and poison.

"Have you got a guide book that says it's 121 meters that's so engrossing you don't look where you're going when you're reading it?" is genuinely one of the funniest things I have ever heard in my life.

- Do you do poison?
- No sir, this is Youtube. We just do videos.
- What's the longest video you do? Do you do a video so long that you die of old age while watching it?
- Well it would depend on how old you were at the time.
- A 50-year-old woman.
- No sir.
- What about funny videos? Do you do videos so funny they hurt? Could a video make you laugh so much you can't breathe? What would it do to the face? Could you laugh so much you're permanently disfigured? What would laughing too much do to a 50-year-old woman WHO LOOKS LIKE THIS?
