My 65 Morgan had flat panels attached to the ash frame with both nails and screws from the factory. You could tell the guy who built the right hand side was more" professional " than the guy who  built the left hand side. The screws and bolts were evenly spaced in nice straight lines. I spent hours measuring every thing, one side was 3/4 inch longer than the other. A nightmare to restore, I was lucky to find straight grained ash imported from the US by a snooker cue manufacturer.

One of heaviest bikes I ever owned. But I loved my silver blue grifter. It was my pathway to my ultra burner on my 13th birthday. Great memories.

Happy days on my RED GRIFTER me mum got it on the KNOCK from the local bike shop me mates were so jealous I WAS A BIKE KING !!!

superbly British

Wow Derek doing the bike, lol😂🎉

Oh God! I remember one of my friends having a Grifter and the damn thing weighed a ton ....

They could have got new wings from "Vintage Wings" for the F4. Double skinned doors are quite wrong, Use alloy from an old caravan and turn it over metal plates screwed to the frame. Colour is correct though, "Saxe blue"..It is quite absurd not to use one of the many Morgan experts to fix it up. It is now sound but not original, some think this important. Strangely no mention of the engine and transmission.

Try restoring any ash framed car. My Riley is a money pit.

Should have donated the Morgan to a museum and taken a tax deduction.

Why would you not send it to a Morgan specialist, of which there are quite a number. There are 2 near me for example (Hertfordshire) which is helpful for my Plus 4. Absolutely no disrespect to the skills of these guys intended - but as they admit they don’t have much experience of Morgan’s.

80 year old Morgan, let’s Take it to a garage that’s never worked on a Morgan! Took 10 months and £46k wtf are these guys smoking

Kudos to the team but you took a bollocking.

Wow what a lucky guy ! I would love to have it in my garage ! My best wishes to you all from the Philippines ❤️💪👍☺️😉😄🏁🏍️🛺🐑🇵🇭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🙏

£7,000 parts??

Trigger’s broom?

That Grifter is 100% fake, the front forks are way too straight, you only had to ride to the bottom of the drive on Christmas morning and the first twist would start to develop 😂 i've still got a scar from grifter forks snapping and using my chin as a brake on the floor 😂😂😂

Don't know how this show actually made any money, 36,000 pound loss.

I don't see the appeal of the Morgan. Short of a wheel. Short of HP.. Each to their own though.

DO NOT clean stuff with petrol. that's dangerous a f . . . . i worked with a bloke who set himself alight while cleaning a car engine bay.  nasty mess.  several fingers melted like cheap candles.  months in hospital. so DO NOT clean with petrol

Derek and Vicky. Ewww
