The KS-23 is absolutely the issue. I am very bad with it so it's a problem.

It's tough for medium. They nerf any weapon that does good to oblivion. Defib and jump pad/zip line are damn near mandatory leaving you with one slot which has to be taken up by something like goo because the class has 0 survivability. Love the class and I do understand that its supposed to be based around support but damn.

I don’t know everyone is using shockwave in diamond now

I do find it very interesting that the KS gets buffed and then instantly nerfed because people complained.

Invis gargoyle is a major problem, and yet nothing from the devs. A movement class rewarded for sitting in a corner silently and being invisible.

I think a change they should make to cloak that makes it less annoying but still good is to simply make it so you can't shoot out of cloak (specifically cloak, not vanish bomb) and it has a short fade-in time when it's cancelled. Yes, this is stealing from Spy, but it's good design. If you hide with invis you lose a bit of your initiative on resuming the fight but trade that for being able to reposition for a surprise attack.

For Medium to be meta they need to buff its specs and gadgets, make heal beam competitive with H-infuser and heal ball, they need to give some impactful and large buffs to gadgets like breach drill or hover pad so that they are an actual viable option over basic dfib and goo, i think they are going in the right direction with the shockwave buff, but overall Mediums gadgets and specs feel outclassed and useless most of the time

That shockwave buff made a lot of M’s reappear and invis light is so easy to deal with

What do you think about the akm/ shockwave changes I'm not ruby but I'm seeing it a lot in my diamond games and the shockwave change as a whole has made playing season 11 off meta (dash on light and charge on heavy feel really bad), bear in mind I used the shockwave almost as my only spec on M pre buff as the movement it gave was so fun, especially with the model. I feel like the current best playstyle with shockwave is to save it for mid fight util as shown by lamps team and I just find it another step in a slower more boring direction.

AKM is just better than P90 atm. Cerb is quite good, chunks heavies pretty well too. Shockwave makes medium a lot better too.

Interesting thoughts on the bow shift, I assume this would be paired with grapple? As stated the meta weapons seem to shift with the meta specs, which makes complete sense to me. Very interested for that video

@Jeb_Redacted 1 month ago

Who else in here lost a ranked match because the servers couldn’t register five V9S shots that created coin splash on a one shot medium?

@TribeWars1 1 month ago

Best thing about the bow buff is that you can't use cloak with it, but honestly the two shot on the medium feels like too much.

@HuhJuhWuh 1 month ago

I'm just tired of getting eliminated by 2 shot weapons against the handicap special needs class.

@tennolife9930 1 month ago

KS-23 is one of the worst DPS weapons in the game, with the longest reload, very unforgiving if you miss even 1 shot... meanwhile stuff like... literally any full-auto/burst weapons exist, with more DPS, vastly more versatile and easy to use

@MikeKho-h4o 1 month ago

I didn't know people call the p90 a pea shooter. I have been beaming left and right with it.

@Menyama 1 month ago

Да почти никто не брал ks-23, когда у него был летящий снаряд. Просто верните его и всё

@vadimtran4159 1 month ago

Hey Appoh. Thanks for the video. I didn't see your team on the last few cycles of tgm. Did you abandoned it?

@FreshTF 1 month ago

But isn't med becoming hard meta cause of shockwave even luminon won with it and I'm so happy to see my model being an actual option in the meta again
