Mario's frustration when Luigi won't return the high five after winning a team minigame is just him being frustrated that Luigi is this committed to the bit.  Mario agreed to help make this variation of the "Luigi wins by doing absolutely nothing" videos, but he feels the least Luigi could do is give him a high five.

That's why they are called the Mario Brothers

50% Mario is such a good brother
20% Mario is the slave
30% Other

Ever since Luigi's soul got taken in that Smash Bros. trailer, he's been an empty husk. Mario refuses to accept Luigi is gone and wants to prove to everyone everything is fine.

And with all the crap he gets put through, Mario still is helping his brother. Truly a selfless man.

I love how Mario saves Luigi from being poor, while at the same time making himself poor

I don't know why, but I got a very strong laugh out of Luigi just being dragged around by the rope, and Mario chasing after him.

luigi can't get his anxiety meds refilled until next week so he's really going through it at the moment and he'll probably have a panic attack if he starts paying enough attention to his surroundings to move but mario is determined to make sure his brother has a fun time anyway

Are you joking Mario? Luigi DOES NOT need help!

Mario is a team player even when his teammates show zero respect for doing all the work.

This is just what it's like being the older sibling.

I need fanart of Mario repeatedly shoving Luigi to safety.

Ready... Yeah!

Ready... Yeah!

Mario:MMMMMMMM
MMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMM
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

5:38 super mario kart: t-pose version

Mario at the end of a 3 v 1 mini game = me at work with my lazy coworkers.

Luigi: Does Absolutely Nothing.

Mario: I will protect you anyways!

when mario said "MMMMMM" i felt that

And here we have Mario the "I must absolutely boost Luigis morale by letting him win"-addict

Come on this is unrealistic, Luigi should be wearing sunglasses so no one can tell he is sleeping.

Wow, Mario is sure having anger management issues. XD
