If anyone is confused about the rear bolt that holds the back of the diff in - it’s very tight to get in there as the gas tank is in the way. Once loose don’t try to get it out - you don’t need too. Once the diff has been loosened up from the front you undo that rear bolt while letting the diff move forward. The bolt stays in place - the diff moves forward.

Good job replacing the diff, it probably wasn't necessary though. As you saw, the bearing/bearings in the head as you called it are what fails. There is a large bearing in there that is usually the only thing wrong with these diffs. If you disassembled the diff farther , you would see it. A skinny large diameter bearing with large opening in the center. I replaced mine already and it's good as new now.

It's the viscous bearing making the noise, pretty easy fix, $50.00 bearing is much cheaper and easier to fix than wasting money on a complete differential

What it the part number for what you called the "Connector to the Connector"? the short wireing harness off the Dif?

اعتقد انكم لاتتابعوا فيديو التصليح على باقي القنوات فهاذا العطل شائع و يتم اصلاحه باستبدال الختم ... و اما عن تغيير التفاضلي باكمله فهناك نسب يجب التحقق منها و مطابقتها قبل استبدال القطعة

No oil no sound very smooth. Oil full sounds bad very rough. Conclusion oil equals bad sounds and rough. Task to correct problem, remove all oil.👍🏼

The things you leave out is a real big piss off. "Removed the bolt in the back" show that shit or it goes overlooked. Also you guys removed 2 brackets that get in the way of the cv axles and didn't mention it and it's crucial for clearance.
