Individual races.
One team.

We train together.
We travel together.
We face the cold together.

Every race has its own story.
Every medal has its own meaning.
And behind every finish line, there is always someone waiting on the other side.

Ice Swimming may look like an individual sport.

But in the cold, you quickly discover how important the people beside you really are.

We enter the water alone.
But we never face the cold alone.

Training sessions, races, journeys, victories, difficult moments, laughter, friendships and memories built around the same passion.

This is CASA ITALIA.

More than a team.
A family forged in the cold.
