Pony Tales [MLP Fanfic Reading] 'Applejack's Bar' by Alaborn (comedy)

Scribbler Productions

Summary: Due to a typo on her permit to build a new barn, plus the meddling of a recalcitrant bureaucrat, Applejack is stuck running a bar, at least until Mayor Mare gets back to town. So sit down and have a drink in Ponyville's least likely watering hole!

Dear Princess Celestia,

Today I learned that petty revenge and terrorising a small family of bats is a great way to ruin the lives of scorned exes.

Illya Leonov is the Morgan Freeman in the brony community. The man has a good voice for narrating.

I thought at first that this was just gonna be a funny story with drunk jokes and such, but it actually turned out to be a surprisingly heartwarming one, almost like it could actually happen in the show.

Drunk Ponies are somehow funny. I don't know why but...... I don't know.

And they cute🤗

TheFangirl does one of the best Applejack voices I have heard. Good job!

Applejack is the perfect name for a bartender since what applejack actually is is hard cider that's been super concentrated through freeze distilling or jacking hence its name, the cider is frozen and since alcohol doesn't freeze it becomes super concentrated i's hangovers are infamously called apple palsy, since everything including all the bad stuff like wood alcohol is still in it unlike with steam distilling stays in it.

Nicely narrated as usual Scribbler and friends i love it, and i can't believe AJ and RD got drunk.

Rd and pinkie might be prank masters,

But no one is more malicious than twilight with paperwork.

Red Tape's scream at the end made me laugh.

This feels like it would be an actual episode! Or a comic or something.
Very good stuff Alaborn!
And a great reading Scribbler!

I read the story first. Now I'm listening to the audio.

Seeing so much trouble be caused by just one little typo and a stallion not doing their due diligence makes me really nervous about leaving typos in my own stories!
