I am a Witch who learned herbs, healing, growing, from a Family member. I have a literal recipe book that sits beside my Betty Crocker cookbook and blends in! Lmao! But seriously,  write things down! Please! Successes and failures! Reading their notes and tips , has helped me tremendously.  I wish everyone had a book like mine.  You never know, your great, great, grandkid may read your notes and benefit from the knowledge! So please, write it down yall!

I have felt the calling of witchcraft since I was a teenager. I am now 35 and feel like I am more than someone in the beginner stage. I do value any wisdom from a witch who has more experience than me. Thank you so much for this video. I look forward to more of what you have!

thank you so much!! i’m a baby witch in the broom closet in a very christian household. there’s so much to learn and so many different topics, but you’ve definitely made it easier!!

Yes please, I’d love intermediate/advanced videos.
I would recommend that beginners start with reciting charms of reciprocity rather than casting spells. It’s a way to start establishing a relationship before asking or invoking. Introduce yourself without expectations. Establish a baseline of sorts. Then build from there.

Yes , please. An intermediate one would be great ! Thank you!

Hello, thank you very much for this video! The moment you started talking I can already feel your aura and wisdom. I am a fairly new witch so I am taking my time to get to know things. Although witchcraft is a deeply personal practice, these guidelines are much needed and appreciated. For that, imma put this in my book of shadows. Thank you again, you look ravishing! ♥️

my grandpa passed without sharing the knowledge, i was only 2 when he left. so i have to learn from others, so thank you.

I'd actually love to hear more on switching consciousness. I don't think I'm clear on what that actually means.

This is very informative, thank you!

Yes ,thank you I would love an intermediate based video!x

I loved this! I use to read witch/wiccan/metaphysical books all the time as a younger person. I loved the ritualistic practice and I had a huge binder of notes and spells and all sorts of ideas. I ended up walking away from it for a long time, but things are bringing me back...I'm excited to reunite with this part of myself again!

thank you Colette. and happy your channel is growing!  cheer

Yes, would love an intermediate video. My magic is so attached to somatic energy and my intuition. Because of this, I do like to do chakra work. I am white, so I'm trying to learn how chakra practice and it's attachment to spirituality is done in India. But I do find it a useful tool to work with the different core parts of my body. For me in particular, my magic tends to come from my sacral area. This is where my intuition also sits.

This was very helpful! Thanks so much for putting this together!

Thank you for your wisdom. Watching this video felt like hearing a gentle reminder of my craft from the mothers and crones who helped me to grow as a person and a witch, and I needed this. I so deeply appreciate your words and voice, and I hope you make more of these videos and continue making other videos.

The only thing I could really think of is perhaps giving a distinction between working with spirits as familiar (I learned working with earth, air, fire, water, above, below, and center very early), and working with unknown or other worldly spirits such as with divination or with other stronger symbolic meanings; kind of that feeling between working with Goddess/God/Creator vs working with specific gods, goddesses, angels, etc. that people may want to work toward. That's my own thought, you or other people may have other thoughts and those are all important and valuable.

Something I really deeply appreciate is your use of burning instead of smudging! I was raised by Indigenous women and understand the cultural ties that smudging has and that it's a closed practice. I've heard people outside of Indigenous communities call it smoke cleansing before and it doesn't roll off the tongue as well in my opinion, but saying "I need to burn" or "have you burned lately?" feels both very witchy and very simple. Thank you for this new-to-me language!

Blessed be, crone! Thank you for your wisdom!

I just discovered your channel and I love it so much! As a baby witch it's so helpful to find such practical insights and nuance in learning the craft. Alot of what you've spoken about are not always in the books I've come across. Thank you. Please, please do the intermediate and advanced levels of information. Again, I thank you so much. - love from India

Thank you for this video. I am very drawn to you ❤

I would love videos on this topic for both intermediate and advanced practices. Thank you.

yes. please, thank you. I'm interesting in advanced one.

Thank you. This is just what I needed to hear 🙌
