For over 20 years, Niigata Prefecture has been considering the Shin'etsu Line high-speed upgrade and mini-Shinkansen upgrade. I've been mulling over similar ideas for a while now, but thinking this would drag on, I decided to settle down and start editing the video. It ended up being my longest video yet.
