Opole politicians discussed two topics at the Sunday Radio Lounge.

The first was the uproar surrounding the Ombudsman for Children. The National Prosecutor's Office announced that it had received a report of suspected criminal activity by the Ombudsman for Children, Monika Horna-Cieślak. The allegations include abuse of authority and false accusations in connection with an intervention involving a family in Warsaw's Białołęka district. Was her intervention justified or exaggerated?

In the second part, we discussed the Minister of Finance's decision. Individuals who obtained a transcript of a marriage certificate concluded abroad will have the same tax rights and obligations as all spouses in Polish tax offices. Finance Minister Andrzej Domański signed a general interpretation that allows, among other things, joint filing of personal income tax returns.
