In this one, we head to one of my favorite places in one of my favorite places: Teepee Canyon in South Dakota! Teepee Canyon is home to one of my favorite agates on the planet, phenomenal red, white, orange, pink, and yellow fortification agates that form in fossiliferous chert! As if that wasn't cool enough, you can also find brachiopods, impressive Dogtooth Calcite clusters, gorgeous jaspers, and calcite filled crystal vugs, which after a short bath in muriatic acid transform into phenomenal sparkling geodes! We were in South Dakota for three days and spent a little bit of time every day at Teepee Canyon looking for some specimens! We did very well! After our hunt, we head back to deep clean, cut, and cab some of our finds! I hope you all enjoy this one, and I will have another one out soon!

I recently posted a video over on my Patreon reviewing the High Grade Gem Rough bag from the Spencer Opal Mine! The video is in my Public tier, so if you want to watch some fantastic opal playtime, head on over there after this!
