I love when I find obscure channels that talk about my favorite games

As you progress you can see that James’s right sleeve gets more dirty looking from putting his arm in all those random holes lol. You can notice it best during the cutscene at heavens Night when he is sitting at the bar.

That unused Dog Ending is amazing

The superintendent of Henry’s/ Walter’s apartment building is Frank Sunderland, James’ dad.

The way I've always seen "There was a hole here. Its gone now," is that, given the context of all the other messages essentially taunting James for his murder of Mary, the "hole" itself refers to her. The hole is this deep pit that James felt trapped in because of her illness, and when he killed her, the hole is no longer there. There was a hole there, but its gone now.

The reason why Silent Hill 2 it became a classic is because eventually people began to see how unique, eerie, melancholic and authentic the game's atmosphere it really is, and took the time to enjoy its deeply thoughtful narrative and symbolism. The soundtracks of SH2 are so Iconic and Divine. 🎶☯️🎶To this day it’s by far one of, if not the most mature examination of grief, sexual trauma, suicide, and morality all combined. It’s an intelligent game that does not hold anyone’s hand and comes at the player with utmost confidence in itself. It’s fantastic stuff. The rest of the original 4 are great in their own right and have their own well written stories, but they don’t hold the same emotional weight to them. I think SH2’s maturity by comparison is something that a lot of people are drawn to. ☯️

About pyramid head boss fight, that has timer, is about the points (+1) gain on what ending will become. If you ignore pyramid head and wait for timer, it means "acceptance". Player gains +1 point to either leave ending or water ending (suicide). If you battle pyramid head less than timer, it means "rejection". Player gains +1 to maria ending. Certain interactions in the game changes ending possibilities: (1) leave, (2) water (suicide), or (3) maria.

You can also find a very suspicious police cruiser, the only one that stands out from all others in Silent Hill. It has the back trunk open and is more or less positioned the same way as the one in the OG Silent Hill one where you find the Lion key inside the trunk.
It’s located after you finish and leave Brookhaven Hospital, I’m not sure where but it’s after you break the wall to go after Laura and before Nelly’s bar.
