Hard to believe this figure is only 52mm tall. Great close up vid, amazing result. Love it. 😎😎😎😎😎😎

The crosshatching completely surprised me. You couldn’t notice it at all come the end.

I have to admit the Germans had the nicest uniforms.
I enjoy painting German figures because of this.

Can’t wait!!

And the rifle just grew a barrel on its own. The painting was exquisite!

incredible take a bow sir....

Damn,I can’t lie,but the wait is worth while.I am a pretty dogwater figure painter, and seeing one of my favourite modeller paint and Teach me alongside,is Beautiful. Thanks James and have a Happy Easter!🥚🐇

Thanks 👍👍👍

This turned out fantastic, James! I'm going to have to try this method on my next figure

Interesting approach on painting this figure and really nice result and love that you show what did not work out!

Really nice paint job ! Like the German camo green choice, gunna give that a whirl, rather than the usual field grey and blue grey combo. Shame about the scale issue on the vignette, looked really good too 🎉

Great result, its not just about gluing a model together, its what goes in to the end effect, and that's the tools we use, we can spend thousands a year on models, but we also have to spend the same on paints, brushes, photo etched, certain glues and never mind about doing a base for that model, when people ask what i do for a hobby, i say modelling, then they think i walk down a catwalk strutting my thing, i say i make models, i should say i am an artist, a history expert and a glue plastic together!

Amazing video ! Such quality works magnify by a superb resolution and filming skill. Thank you !

great video again.

I always enjoy your videos. Cant wait to try the cross hatching technique.

顔の塗り方、服のグラデーションの付け方、次の工作で絶対試してみます！
素晴らしい動画をありがとう。

Happy I am !!!! It s to long for wainting  your talent at work

This an excellent video. I love that you don’t assume any prior Knowledge. It’s very accessible and I can’t wait to try the techniques myself! Thank you very much for the care and effort that you put into this video.
