Sam is now reaching Joker levels of plot-armor and nonsense super-schemery.

In the sequel Sam Strong is just going to be on a electric wheelchair paralyzed due to old age with a shot gun tapped to her wheelchair

"Lend me some plot armor, patrick... this is Monica with a shovel we're up against.."

That wild bear subplot really seemed to foreshadow Sam being killed by the cops, so it’s weird that that didn’t end up happening.

Honestly, I expected the police to not believe in Monica. Even though the note on the map says "Samantha's buried treasure", the police would've thought it was just more criminal evidence of Nigel trying to frame Samantha for the murders.

To add fuel to the fire, Monica did a hit and run on the Pig worker and put a Koala into a coma. The police would've thought she was a mad woman desperately trying to find her brother and is now accusing Samantha for the murders.

If they ever make a sequel you know what would be really cathartic?
If Sam become herself a victim of another serial killer. She really love being the top dog (or in this case bear), with her schemes and profound speeches, so getting killed by a nobody who doesn't really know who how infamous she is would totally complete the circle.

Despite the anthro characters, Sam felt like almost a realistic serial killer but now she feels more like a cartoony super villian

I was expecting a foreshadowing when the cops killed the bear. Like Sam would die the same way

They jumped the shark pretty damn hard with that ending.

They better kill Samantha bro, that demon needs to go to hell. 38:46

For me the biggest problem was that in the first one Sam felt like just a very skilled murderer but here she just felt too much like a saw villain almost like she's a completely different character
I also hate that she got a happy ending

this sequel is really lackluster to me. It honestly feels way less serious. I get this is a small town and all, but Sam really planted explosives all around town and nobody found or noticed at all. She also shoots a cop without being immediately lit up. Fake asf she is a brown bear they would have swissed her cheese

Turning Samantha into jigsaw for the final act was a horrible decision

Fun fact! The cat in 17:13 who talks to Monica is actually the daughter of the tiger in the first comic, who Nigel talks to after framing Sam and takes a picture of.

sam just did what we all do when we fuck up a mission in hitman and get pissed off

I like how in the first entry Sam criticised Nigel for using a gun and said that only people who don't know what they're doing use them and then in this series she uses them as soon as she abandons her code which shows that while seeming calculated she's a cornered animal, also the "friendly owl" is Cherry Gerkins's husband Howard

I feel so bad for Monica. She spent years trying to find out what happened to her brother, only to be toyed with by Samantha and then being burned alive by her. At the very least I'm glad she found out what happened to her brother. But my God her death was brutal.

Hard not to feel like Sam gets off way too easy. She's a cool serial killer who kills uncaught for years, then purposefully sabotages herself and gets away with it because she perfectly planned automated shotguns and bombs

36:33 SHE CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS!!!!!

31:14 I almost yelled out of shock seeing that! I seriously thought the next time we saw him he was going to be the Mayor of Woodbrook.
