Matty after spending too much time on the internet looking at memes of himself

if u ever look at matty and wonder "what is going on inside his head?"
here's your answer.

Now this is really a SOFT SOUND.

what sims expansion pack is this

Sad song and sad video that describes Matty’s current mental state where although having broken his addiction to drugs feels sad and lonely and finds temporary pleasure on the internet and memes that ironically are with him inside the same simulation that is supposed to make you feel wholesome with something that isn’t real.

Hope isn’t lost evident in the scene where Matty kisses himself although struggles to do so with passion, but shows he is trying to reach out and connect with himself to achieve self love.

director: how many memes do you want?

matty: YES

I know a 51-yr-old father of 3 adult kids isn't their target demographic, but ever since i saw them on SNL 4 years ago, i knew i'd have been a fan of these guys as a young lad, so i've followed them since. Good stuff

Why isn’t anyone talking about “I depend on my friends to stay clean. As sad as it seems.”

Hard to believe that this song and "people" will be in the same album

Do you ever look at someone, and wonder: what is going on inside their head?

I wonder if this is talking about the birthday party of Snowflakesmasher86’s less important friends

My computer would be lagging so hard if this was a game,

"Danny says we're living in a simulation"

The simulation :

[Verse 1]
Hello, there's a place I've been going
There's a place I've been going
Now I'm clean, it would seem
Let's go somewhere I'll be seen
As sad as it seems
I seen Greg and he was like
"I seen your friends at the birthday party
They were kinda fucked up before it started
They were gonna go to the Pinegrove show
They didn't know about all the weird stuff
So they just left it" (So they just left it)
I was wasted (I was wasted)
And cold, minding my business

Then I seen the girls and they were all like
"Do you wanna come and get fucked up?"
Listen, I got myself a missus, so there can't be any kissing
"No, don't be a fridge, you better wise up, kid
It's all Adderall now, it doesn't make you wanna do it'"

"This ain't going well", I thought that I was stuck in Hell
In a boring conversation with a girl called Mel
About her friend in Cincinnati called Matty as well
You pulled away when I went in for the kiss
No, it wasn't a diss
You put the tap on to cover up the sound of your piss
After four years, don't you think I'm over all this?
"That's rich from a man who can't shit in a hotel room
He's gotta share for a bit"
You make a little hobby out of going to the lobby
To get things that they don't have

Does it go through ya when I'm talking to ya?
You know that I could sue ya if we're married
And you fuck up again
Impress myself with stealth and bad health
And my wealth and progressive causes
Drink your kombucha and buy an Ed Ruscha
Surely, it's a print 'cause I'm not made of it
Look, the fucking state of it
I came pretty late to it
We can still be mates 'cause it's only a picture

[Outro]
All your friends in one place
Oh, we're a scene, whatever that means
I depend on my friends to stay clean
As sad as it seems
As sad as it seems
As sad as it seems

Why is the chaotic thing whilst also being the most calming thing I’ve ever seen

This just describes exactly how I feel, I feel trapped in an online world that I don’t even want to be in. But online is the only place where I feel seen... and this isn’t just my struggle it’s a generational struggle. The internet is robbing us of all our time and connections, we need to break out somehow because it’s breaking so many of us.
