Hey Everyone! If you’re new, WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY! 🥳 I hope you enjoy the video! 😊🙏🏻

If you’re a returning viewer, feel free to skip to 32:13 for Chapter 2!

"Imagine having a raptor pet in wow" let me tell you about the hunter class...

I have played WoW for 21 years now, since day 1 back in 2004. I have always been Horde. LokTar!!!

These videos are so wonderful. Its a nice change of video type and the no guides, no hurry, enjoying the quests and being new is the best mix. It takes me back.

Waiut for your first Forsaken playthrough. They have some serious decor choices.

You forgot to put skills on your defensive stance skillbar! You should have Heroic strike and Rend at least! Keep an eye on other skills that can be used in Def stance. Turn on "Show target of target" in options, because it's crucial for tanks (and even for damagers) - if you see mob/boss changed target it means someone overaggroed and is in danger, use taunt immidiately!

1:00:49 don't know if you've played Warcraft 3 or not, but Thrall is a standup dude through and through, and I say that as a diehard night elf player. WC3 puts a lot of early WoW into perspective and I would say is a must play if you want to really get a feel for these OG characters and how the world ended up how it is. Edit to add; early Warcraft writing did a pretty good job of not really framing either Alliance or Horde as defacto "bad guys", it was always a manner of perspective and each side had/has their heroes and villains.

Love how you tell the story at the same time you only read what the NPCs are saying it. BUT i still love you characters story to!

Great video!! Ive watched all your WoW videos released so far and I plan to keep it up! Im so glad people are flocking to the game I grew up loving❤️and even more grateful you are sharing the journey for others to enjoy!

PTSD from the Orgrimmar segment when the warchiefs blessing buff keeps ticking while zmac skipping around wasting the buff xd

52:08 it's not troll, that race called Undeads! :)

Late comment so you might already know, but Warrior will take off in the 30-40 range, you get sweeping strikes and the whirlwind axe, then when levelling you can easily fight 2-3 mobs at once if they're your level or lower.

Undead’s always the way to go, but awesome intro to Horde! Interesting to see it from the perspective of someone who has never played

Glad you were able to see that the Horde isn’t inherently evil like the Alliance says.  You would love playing as a Tauren.

I actually love that you didn’t try to make your character super attractive or anything like that. Zmac is an old mage who busted out of a nursing home and likes falling asleep after a nice glass of milk and we love him for that.

I remember, back in beta of 2004...I spent 2 hours trying to finish; The Hidden Path: Kranal sends you to Telf Joolam, located atop a tall rock plateau in Durotar. You have to find a very specific, narrow path winding up the side of the mountain from the north to reach him.  Just couldn't find it.  Good times.

These videos are so good! The only thing you missed was the ritual of asking where Mankriks wife is in Crossroads General Chat

Horde is the best. Alliance levelling up to Redridge is a 10/10 experienced but I love the barren wastelands of the horde

hey z-mac, thank you for all the work you put into this content. i've been playing WoW since i was 11 years old (im 28 now) and watching the game through your eyes and hearing your experience makes me feel like i'm seeing some of these things for the first time again, too <3

I was a little confused with the new video format at first, but after hearing your explanation on it I find that I like it and want to see how it works
