Perfect balance between society and technology. Enough tech to enhance our lives, but it didn't take it over yet. Kids were still playing in the street until the streetlights came on. You could still go disappear with your buddies for a few hours at the local park without your mom pulling up your GPS position on her phone and 9000 camera's all watching your every move.

The ollie over that motorcycle in the first line is incredible

I love this, the time the cars clothing  no mobile phones no internet, life so much better then.

This is the most normal I’ve ever seen Bam act lol

I’m 37 , these were my years bro I was 8 a bit younger but watched these guys n did as they did lol

This was my time.. was in tenth grade skating every day . Partying every night

Maldonado was so raw.  That 50-50 on that super wide red rail is like legit tall.  That's impressive even today, I think if I remember right that footage was in his part in Welcome to Hell.

Starting off a line with pushing on raw asphalt and busting a beautiful 360 flip. Yes, this. I like this

Never seen Bam this young, amazing footage classic street stuff Philly classic

Maldonado's ollies are really good.

1:24 timeless ripping.

I like the atmosphere of old documentary filming and the absolute purity of the presentation with these endless repetitions and falls that do not look either beautiful or cool but are real. The main part of the learning process is failures and mistakes, and the only way to overcome them is persistence, repeating over and over again, overcoming yourself. It's cool to see that there is something like that in skateboarding, I say as a fan of rock climbing)
