From what I read about the small combination 3/8 x 7/16 E1195; "E" series numbers (like E1192 through E1200) originate from older US federal/military procurement standard catalogs (GSA/MIL specs) for special service thin-profile wrenches, produced by manufacturers such as Armstrong, Bonney, Proto, and Easco. Likely was a valve tappet adjustment wrench but could also serve as a general wrench to repair various vehicles. So it's a military wrench made by various tool companies to the specs the military told them to make it to. Not necessarily a specific tool that those companies would sell themselves but was custom made to military specs. Great treasures, thanks for sharing the video.
10:50 I've got that same Proto socket. It showed up ages ago when I was a kid I think. I have no clue where it came from.
These last few years I've really been piling up the tools from the estate sales. In a way I would like to not mix all my tools from a lifetime ago in with the new stuff......but it may be too late for that. Old tools are fun.....tHanks for the video ( I should post something but all I do is film lately. Wait till you see what ten bucks bought today )
