In this latest episode of my classic car restoration project, i remove the rear axle and fuel tank to tackle severe chassis rail and inner wheel arch corrosion, before starting the challenging job of rebuilding the driver's side inner and outer sills. But once i start cutting away the rotten metal, the rust damage is far worse than i ever imagined, turning what should have been a straightforward repair into a major welding and fabrication nightmare!
