He almost hit my grandma and later he came in my room and said he was sorry for scarring me and that I had to witness it .
Then when I went out my uncle came in my room , he hugged me and told me everything was going to be ok and that I should sleep .
Later I waited for everyone to be quiet and go outside then cried myself to sleep.
That was the first I had and that's when I learned how to cry silently.
I also learned to hide my pain and pretend everything is fine when it's not and u dont feel seen 😔☹️🥲🙂
