Captain Fishook was once a peaceful pirate- he loved the ocean and all those who lived in it. But when he joined a pirate crew, he should’ve thought twice when he saw the captain. His love for the ocean enraged the captain, who shot him one night for good measure, and threw his body into the sea, which was then eaten by a shark he had taken care of for years. That same shark was chased down by the pirate captain, and harpooned in a violent fashion. This caused their souls to fuse, and Captain Fishook was born.

Probably the coolest bossfight ever

I can’t be the only one who was given lots of Monster House vibes at 3:07.

5:38 Captain Fishook: Argh! I be getting sent to Davy jones locker! (Gets sucked up)
Luigi:And next time, keep your surf off my turf!

It’s a subtle sign that Captain Fishook wants you to fight back.

This game has so many good bosses, and Captain Fishhook is certainly one of the best!

Jaws appears

Don’t fight him! Feed him! Something spicy! Know what I mean?

"I am a mighty shark! Arr-arr-arr!"

Boss Info: Captain Fishook has become one with his mighty warship, turning it into a trap to catch you in his jaws! Find a way to get him to eat enough of those bombs, though, and you'll be able to send HIM to Davy Jones' Locker!

5:42 Luigi: Caught A Ghost One!

When my sister beat him, she let out a laugh like brook from one piece

I usually make short work outta Captain Fishook, and turn him into a seafood special.

"And they hated me, and they hated me, and they hated me, and they hated me...
Well then they hate me and then they ate me
And they thought I was tasty!"

This boss fight is one of the most fun and easy ones in my opinion

Captain Fishhook possessed a pirate ship and try’s to chomp Luigi with his sharp teeth.

Come Luigi You Can Do it

There’s a theory that he’s actually the shark from Madagascar two

Fishhook might be one of my favorite bosses

Luigi is going to need a bigger vacuum. Yes, that was a Jaws reference.
