Make sure you have enough room to move around, keep your materials portable, use the right chair ... I go over all these kinesthetic tips in the video.

I think a lot of people are kinesthetic learners. Wish the education system would figure out what type of learners students are from a young age to create a lessons and other material so people would become great learners.

my ideal learning method is trial and error where i would experiment by myself, then when i get stuck, i would ask help from a teacher to get me unstuck. after getting unstuck, i would continue experimenting and ask for help when i get stuck again.

it took me my whole life to find out that i wasn't an unmotivated student. turns out, i'm different.

When I was a teacher I always used to struggle the most with kinesthetic learners, they’re a handful and always require special planning

If you want a standing desk but don't have the money you can get a bed desk instead which are a lot cheaper and raise it up enough so that you can stand at it, it works really really well

As someone with ADHD, I really struggle to find a study method and I just want to thank you so much because I finally found a study method and study space that works for me and hopefully I am going to do wayyy better now. Thank you!

When you talked about standing up, I remembered when I had online class and put my laptop in my wardrobe so I can stretch a little during class 😆

Five Star makes a pencil pouch that stands vertical and has a flat bottom so it acts as a pencil cup essentially but can easily be zipped up!

I’m an kinesthetic learner and I’m collage and I still can’t find the perfect method to help me with studying ...I write notes and I studying by writing and reading out loud and this takes a lot of my time with not much information being absorbed ...any help or advice Please
