For Safari Week 2026 I went on a true Pokémon Adventure. Attending an IRL Shiny Hunt Event, Shiny Hunting at the Zoo. As well as doing lots of overtime at work... That's part wasn't fun.

Not a bad haul in the end, this challenge isn't for the faint of heart 😁

29:16 I hear suggesting a name from red dwarf and I was like "Holly" for the name of the oddish. I'd suggest "Kat" or "Frankie" but that's saved for a feline pokemon

Congratulations on your finds. Quite impressive to even see those low percentage Pokémon.

I failed 3 Pokémon this year and my target was nidoran male+female. Better luck next year.

Edit: I like the layout btw. Somehow it looks like the games are connected as if they are hunting together.

As if it had been a year since you had your stuff stolen...bloody idiot people! This one looked a lot more fun and less robberies happening.

I have to salute you for that number of resets, holy moly (No spoilers for future watchers, I'm almost there for my Shiny Squirtle in FireRed🥲),! The fact that for your IRL meetup, everyone participating had multiple consoles for each is insane in the best way possible, but makes sense (Also, o7 to Stress on their encounter). I'd also consider this a win for Safari week (I'd really even consider 1 caught shiny in Safari week a win 😂). I see what you mean with transitioning Pokémon into Pokémon Coliseum, the colors are just super dark and feel washed out (if that makes sense).

For my favorite safari zone exclusive Pokémon, I'm going to go with gen 4 Yanma. Both its and Yanmega's shinies are pretty cool!

Lastly, but most importantly, 11/10 Becca for the Totodile sticker.
