Agree with you no drama, like to watch and learn from van lifers, advice and skills of others always useful. Scenery places to go, where to park, where to eat great vids.

Excellent and 100% correct.

You well and truly hit THE nail on the head with those comments 😆

Well I like you being a bit grumpy and sarcastic. It’s called “humour” .

Great vlog, I watch these vlogs for motivation and ideas on where to visit, like a travel vlog. The entertainment is a bonus! 😅

Never change the way you do things, say it as it is and do it as it is, you made us laugh. Currently looking at doing more of Wales and looking into more best waterfalls

Spot on vlog👍 only follow a handful of people now (needless to say you are on the list😎)for the very reasons you have highlighted! Good to see the return of the Mighty breakfast😉🤣🤣 keep true to your format, it is very refreshing and always enjoy your content👍

Hi Neil great video as always hun you do whatever content you want its your adventure its so lovely that you share it with everyone else.if nobody likes what you put out then they don't have to watch your channel.

totally enjoy the van life and adventure videos, hate the negatives, there is enough of it in the hum drum day to day, we have just invested in a camper (T6.1) joble, there are the odd issues with the Engine warning light and a high oil level, but its under warranty, so its being addressed. but that is owning a motor vehicle day to day usual maintenance issue, but it hasnt put us off, we watch numerous wholesome van life you tube videos, to get ideas of where to visit and avoid sticking inside the four walls going no where fast, keep up the good work and hope to see you on the road some time 🤜🤛👍👍👍👍👍

There’s so many van life videos I’m thinking of doing my own.. house life

@ChrisSloanes 1 year ago

It honestly feels like having a cheat code if you're a young woman with, let's say, massive airbags — because let's face it, a lot of the vanlife scene on YouTube has been taken over by that kind of content. And it's not hard to see why, given how easily people click.

There are creators out there pulling 40k+ views per video with thumbnails that are total clickbait and barely even relate to the content. I've done it myself in the past, just to try and get some traction — it felt like the only way to get views. But now, I’ve made peace with the fact that my videos might not blow up, and I actually celebrate when something goes wrong with the van (which happens more often than it should!) because it gives me the chance to create a solid drama thumbnail with actual relevance.

Good video, mate — enjoyed it.

Totally agree with all you said. I've unsubribed from loads of channels recently. Drama queen's annoying me even more.
You'll probably know who I'm thinking of..... our van's just died on it's 2nd new engine and we've got no money, tear's and we're doomed. Couple of videos later they've gone to India, bought a tuc tuc and doing a grand tour. Amazing !

Spot on buddy never a true word love the vlogs

@dewipennell2649 1 year ago

Great video. I did watch the Nomadic Wizard video "Van highlighter". So funny. Hope you aint taking them seriously. Keep making your videos, they are ace.

Great points raised. As someone who is looking at buying a camper when I retire in a few years (not counting) some of these videos make me feel like is there any point! But then watching your channel and a few others it's obvious there's so many places in the UK to camp without issue
