3:50 Hyperion was chosen to be in the set since Avengers Assemble cartoon was airing at the time and he was one of the villains in it.

I do hope Gambit gets remade, his coat needs to be darker, hair swapped, better legs and a new face more stubble and cheeky look

If deadpool has a huge role in secret wars I could see them making a figure as long as he does not do any rated r things

@Josuerobles11202 5 months ago

Ryan Reynolds’s didn’t turn Deadpool r rated first… it was the 2013 Deadpool game 😭😭😭

Seeing that Hyperion was a throwback tbh
Just good sets in that year

I remember having this dream once that something happened with Star-Lord's actor that made his likeness impossible to use, and a new LEGO Marvel game had to make it so the helmet was essentially glued to his face. The heroes did pull it off... and then his body just kinda fell over.

Weird dream, I know, but I feel like it is tangentially related to the last point you made is all.

For Beetle, Nova, the Adaptoid and Hyperion, all four of them appared in the Marvel cartoons that was airing at the time : Ultimate Spider-Man (who was mid) and Avengers Assemble, who was the perfect example of bad show who survived far too long.

3:48 it's because he was in the avengers animated series at the time Hyperion was a main villian

If marvel ever locks in a lot of these characters wouldn’t be so obscure

@Jeff-v6i2e 5 months ago

The Hyperion set is based off the show Avengers Assemble

i remember as a kid buying the space avengers set just for thanos comic version and not building the entire ship so now i have only cap, iron man, cap marvel and thanos but i’ ve never built hyperion so it’s still in the set somewhere with all the pieces separated
