As we continue along the Darling River we stop for a couple of nights at Trilby Station. It's great to look around the Station and then visit their neighbours over at Dunlop Station.
Dunlop Station opens its doors to visitors to learn about the local history and have a cup of tea with the owners.

I'm with John, you can't pass up on good scones and cream. We're at Oberon show ground for a few nights. We visited a bakery in town this arvo, lamington with cream (real) and jam for me 🤤. Al had a apple slice. We're in a prime location for the markets at the show grounds tomorrow.

Can't believe how low the river is, we stayed in Willcania c/p right on the Darling in April and it was roaring by and there were small rapids as well. That was impressive stonework at Dunlop Stn. Those cracks in the walls would be a plasterers dream job!

There’s feral goats all along the northern bank to Wilcannia. Where you were at Dunlop, the goats should have been given the scones and a tour for their $20.
I did the run to Wilcannia just as COVID hit and all travellers were ordered home by the Premier. I don’t know why i capitulated because I was just outside White Cliffs and had to spend petrol money which the gubment wasn’t going to repay. I free camped just across the Louth bridge but followed the southern bank road to Wilcannia. No van, just me in my 4wd. Cheers for the vlog. 👍🏻🙏🦘
