Singing teachers usually “It is probably not the best thing you can do”
Sophie: “It’s horrible. It’s gonna sound like you are dying”

That’s why I love you :)

This exercise changed my voice completely!! Super great!

"It's gonna look and sound like I'm dying. Neither of these things should happen during a musical performance"

Tell that to the Corpsegrinder from Cannibal Corpse XD

I don’t resonate very well at higher registers. This helps a lot, even if I sound ridiculous following this video.

2:37 Chest to Head, 3:29 Head to Chest 4:40 Meh exercise

This is life changing tbh

beauty with brains..loved the vdo.

this explanation was literally a LIFE CHANGER!! Thank you so, so much for the amazing content that you make!!! <33

Light and right is better than strong and wrong! Build your chords up to be strong later, but start light and right! Great video Sophie! :D

Thank you for the tip! BTW our hair looks beautiful.

My placement is the nose ridge. It gets me to mix and relax my sound. I did WAH for about 1 month (2 hours a day) and got it down lol. I really hear the resonance now. My vocal coach said it was in my speaking voice so I knew I had it. Thanks for the video.

Love you, Sophie, and your instructions are both accurate, and refreshing. Coming from some "old school" methods from years ago, I have been making some mistakes with my voice that other instruction did not help me find and erase. Your explanation and examples of resonator placement is the clearest I have found. I am now healing from years of lessons that fortunately did no real damage to my chords, just left me with a very dark voice, placed too far back. Your short lessons here have lightened and brightened my voice, and I have added 6 reliable tones to the top of my range! When I can afford private instruction I would choose you! Thank you!

hi Sophie, I hope you don't mind but I've featured you on my latest YouTube impressions video! keep doing what you do best X

This is so helpful! It really helps you hit any note without straining

That was very helpful
