Peter wright was beaten in 10 finals by van gerwen before. Couldn't beat him any finals. What an epic victory for Peter wright.

Fair play to MVG. A gentleman in defeat.

Eric Bristow would be proud.. take a bow Peter! You deserve this more than anyone else in darts! Congratulations sir. Proving years of dedication, concentration and hard work pays off. He beat the best player in the world in the biggest darts tournament in the world. Forever joining the ranks of legends! Please don't choose retirement Peter! Awesome darts!

9:18 John Part’s insights are brilliant

We all love you Peter. It’s a long time coming 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The standard of play in that match was top notch. Well done Peter.

to see the board from the back of the arena is like trying to see the opposite goal from the other end at Hampden

Probably the best man to ever win a darts match.

The heart and nerves it took to the that is unbelievable! Congratulations to peter wright awesome player  will go down as one of the all time greats!

Really happy for him. It was overdue. Great guy and a great darts player. Congrats Peter Wright! 👌

Fully deserved and so humble. Love the snake bite.

Surely it was written in the stars for wright to win his first World championship by beaten non other then van gerwen in the final. The man he could never beat in a final

I love Snakebite, but when MVG comes out you can’t help but shout “OOOOOHH MICHEAL VAN GEEEERRWEN!”

Sky sports shocks the world and puts the final on for free.

'The first world champion of the year 2020' - Great insight Mardle, I expect he will be the last as well!

Thats what Anxiety looks like when getting interviewed (Peter Wright)

Walking off the stage was NOT a mistake from MvG. He knew exactly what he was doing, as he needed a break in play.

Van Gerwen never really got started. Pity he missed that double 12 for the 9 darter. Wright deserved his win.

thanks for the upload...
