Apologies if you say this in the video, but I wanted to ask here in case I get pulled away and don't finish: Where do you recommend selling and buying gently used decks?

I find the Tarot de Marseille to be the easiest to read, and I adore the Pip Speak Tarot. I don't have the Playful Heart Tarot because I no longer read the RWS. Interesting to see what's going out of your collection and what's coming in. 🙏💖

when you said Out I got out my checkbook lol. I don't need another deck.

That was great! I feel that way about some of my decks too. Thanks for sharing. Radical tarot went in my wish list. ❤

Ooooh, the gloss makes the mystical moments unusable to me... I'm thrilled to hear that it's changed!

Really enjoyed this Nancy! Love your shrine, so beautiful 😍 Tarot of Mystical Moments is my favourite deck, it is something special! I too don't get on well with collage decks for the most part, but Mystical Moments just feels so seamless, like it isn't collage. I think they changed the cardstock when they released the mini version. I love the glossy edition too, my copy is so worn in now due to the amount of use (it is my main reading deck for others) so is nice and soft 😊🌹✨❤️

This was great, thank you.

I am reading Radical Tarot now and really like it so far.

Also thank you for elaborating on the Foragers Daughter. That has been on my wishlist and in my ETSY cart for sometime now. It was helpful to hear your feedback.

Have a great day!

I'm not sure how i feel about my symbolic soul tarot too but i love some of the imagery. I love your pocket alter.

Earth Magick, yeah the colored version is so much more. It's like Earth Magick before and after cataract surgery.

I love the pocket shrine!!! Nancy, after I finish watching this video, my goal is to see and sign up for your other offerings. You rock!

For me, I feel like tarot decks can have different roles--- some just for looking at, some for riffle shuffling and exercising the hand, some for one card pulls and daily contemplation, some for personal readings only, some that I would pull out for others. Some for a certain time of year, some for a sunny day, some for a rainy day. No rules, no shame. If I never want to touch it, then perhaps I'll get rid of it.

Such a fun video to watch ❤😊❤ Thank you for sharing! Definitely going to check that comedian out. What a unique idea!!! 😊

This was so good Nancy! I truly enjoy hearing your thoughts 🥰 Wow the Fillede (?) deck is stunning!

That Sallie Nichols book is a hoot! She was already elderly in the 70s when she wrote it, so she's all curmudgeonly complaining about hippies and vagrants and stuff 😅😅

But it's got good stuff in it and is an important piece of tarot history 😁

I had the exact same experience with foragers daughter- yearned for it, couldn’t wait to get it, and then nothing. I just couldn’t connect. So sad!!

That Secret Garden deck looks totally lifeless.

I really wanted to love Forrager's Daughter too and it's just not clicking for me. AI or not Secret Garden Tarot seems like the creator just isn't very familiar with Tarot.

Oooh fun! That is so weird about Mystical Moments and the glossy card stock. I have a copy from a few years ago but it’s hard to discern the in-person shine vs what shows on camera. Would love to know if you find an answer.

I picked up Tarot of Mystical Moments, I think last Black Friday. I only recently started using it, for very particular readings. Anyway, I got the French version, because it was more affordable, ( and I liked the box picture better! lol ) and the cards being in French didn’t bother me. I grew up with some French, and I can read the cards no problem. However, in my excitement to get the deck, I somewhat neglected to consider that the guidebook would be in French, and that is probably a bit over my head to read! Does the mini come with the guidebook? I suspect not? Anyway, the whole point of this ramble is, my French version, DOES seem pretty glossy to me, come to think of it, though I have no other copy to compare it with, to be sure. But if you can get it for a good price, you might want to consider the French version? Take Care! Rebecca.🙏🏻

Lovely collection. The Foragers Daughter… I’m using that for fall this year. Tarot is so neat in that way. Different decks work for different people.
I love the Tarot of Mystical Moments. Her Oracle deck is also really expressive.

having the realization this year that I'm "allowed" to have decks that I use for reference was huge for me. for so long I'd been convinced that if I wasn't using a deck actively to read, I needed to let it go, and I made some huge mistakes. it feels so much better knowing that I have decks that I love and cherish even if I don't read with them. :)
