She is ending cycles and teaching honesty and confidence between her parents and herself, probabbly the daughter every parent would dream off. The tears are joy and praise for you Michi, keep being amazing to them. They did the best their know/could and so is you.

Michi, you trying to kill me. You’re Giving me diabetes here.

ohhh so that's why it's called bucket list ...

To be able to show your parent what you do, the friends you work with, and have them be proud of you is such a rarity beyond any gem on this planet that people just don't fucking understand. That's how it should've been. A healthy and supporting family.

Michi is a good kid, man

I'm not crying you are crying.😭

Michi gonna end up with a sibling.

"They're not watching cuz I know what they're doing right now" MICHI 😂 Casually outing tf outta them

Edit: Serious note though. Even if I'm probably a few years younger, she is imo an amazing example to how I could with my parents and family.

i think that feeling is called to be "proud" to your self since you got accknoledge from other people that really matter to you when you are doing the right way, maybe little ego since you are proving to them on something but no shame on it.

It feels good to hear, because it validates your experience, and it's something you don't expect your parent to say, unless they emotionally develop to a point where they recognize how they hurt you as a child.  But as a child with trauma, you can't hope or wish for this because having this never occur will just hurt more, so you live not expecting to ever hear it, but when you do, it feels incredibly validating, but also gives hope that you can have a better relationship with that parent.

so wholesome

Michi is so effortlessly funny

Her Mum's reaction kind of makes sense when considering the story about Michi's mum saying Michi wasn't getting any inheritance because she was scared Michi would grow up into the kind of person who'd off her parents for the money. The gulf between how badly she was scared she had messed up and the reality of the daughter she raised must be astronomical.

Best easy places I can think of for Indonesians to see the northern lights and snow would be an Alaskan cruise or maybe Hokkaido in Japan. Both are still in the Pacific so it’s not an extreme plane flight and both places already have a thriving tourism industry capable of hosting a family with worries about traveling.

Mouse talks about her own family too much to be embarrassed by someone elses lol. My former best friend of 6+ years also became an ex best friend because she couldn't respect my parents

What happens to me all the time: Oh yeah, she talked about that. No, wait, that was Mousey with her parents!

My family are nice people! We stopped practicing black magic, like, 20 years ago!
😉

She wants to see winter. So you're taking them Canada?

31:30 Are these not the same parents that told Michi there was no inheritance because they thought she might try to kill them for their money?

Lies. Mouse is mean to one person. CDawg and its often well deserved. They bicker like an old married couple.
