I cannot believe so many people commented on our video taken during Super Bowl 2012. I am moved. THANK YOU! It was unexpected. The kids are now fans of Madonna and thats what I hoped to accomplish. They were goo goo over gaa gaa until MAA MAA sang LUV QUEEN MAA MAA - You can usually find me within 10 rows of stage every time she passes through Philly. Here is a behind the scenes look at what goes into setting up a Multi Million Dollar Half Time MAA MAA Super Bowl Show during a 3 minute commercial break with the Queen..... The Kids think Madonna is under the stage!!! What a Hoot...... Thank You World, Thank You Madonna and lets all aggressively pursue WORLD PEACE!!!!!!!!

I was among the 500 people who spent two weeks practicing to set up the stage, so I really appreciate this video. Thanks for posting. As awesome as this seemed from the stands, it was even moreso on the field. What a rush it was coming out of the tunnel.

Just found this video..THANK YOU for sharing..I was part of this halftime show and seeing us put the stage together from your point of view is just awesome. This was my 2nd year as a volunteer and for this show I assisted w/camera my team was the very first ones on the field .I was positioned right behind Madonna. Experience of a lifetime. I plan on doing it again this coming year with Bruno Mars. BTW..we had less than 7 mins to setup stage, lights, mic check and we did it in less than 7..

expectation: Madonna is under stage, right? She's not just gonna walk out..
Reality: Madonna actually gets pulled out on an Egyptian themed throne like the queen she is

I was on that stage crew wheeling in one of those huge pieces. It was a great time! Everything went as rehearsed and the viewers seemed to like it.

I can't believe I haven't seen your video until now!! I've watched this halftime show...hundreds of times over the years. Hearing the excitement in your kid's voices wondering if she's waiting under the stage is just amazing, and you explaining who's doing what...just melts my heart. I know how excited you must've been to share that with your boys. I've been front row at 3 Madonna concerts (one night for Confessions and 2 nights for MDNA), I've had floor seats a few rows back and I've had seats up in the nosebleeds. No matter where my seat was or how much it cost, it was worth every penny and I'd do it again in a Heartbeat. Good on you for being such a great dad!
