We made surprise visits to barbershops in Haedo, starting with a unique story: a barber who opened her own shop near the train station and now runs it as both a job and a real business. We chatted about how she got started, how she and her partner organize things, haircut prices, hours, commission, techniques they use, designs, and color. Then we continued exploring other barbershops in the neighborhood, from more traditional establishments with a loyal clientele to new, up-and-coming shops.
