All useful tips. I mostly shop ebay & shein for cheap items.
It also helps if you know how to modify clothes. Opens up a world of creativity.
I'm not big on fast fashion but I will buy their accessories (necklaces, bracelets, belts, etc). Although you have to be careful there as well, cheap accessories break easily.
