I would like to ask you something
Dr. When unloading the sample, you told us that we should use both the first and second positions . Does that mean we should press the needle button twice during unloading, or should we press it only once?
The reason Iām asking is that when we press it once, it dispenses 82 microlitre . The second press (the second position) seems to be related to the extra volume that the pipettes always takes beyond the required amount as part of its design. Is that correct?
