Kobe once said “we all should be fortunate that Allen Iverson wasn’t 6’5.” Beautiful letter . RIP

I love Iverson and Kobe. That was my era. Intense competition. I miss those times.

This is by far the realest and coolest thing I've ever heard an athlete say or do for a competitor. Nothing but love AI for this.

It's so hard hearing Kobe left out of the GOAT conversations time and time again. This generation just don't know....

@mralowen 2 years ago

At least AI is willing to tell the truth about Kobe, and admit his greatness. Major respect.

Out of every player that's never gotten a championship, Allen Iverson is at the top of the list of most deserving.

Kobe’s not dead. He just went back to the gym. Still putting in the work

Brother of the same class, don’t make me cry — I’m already crying.

Never in my life would I imagine that, of all people, Allen Iverson would bring to the verge of tears like this. Never...

Kobe is the only famous person i have ever cried for. I grew up loving kobe. Im 39 and grew up playing organized basketball in elementary. Id watch laker games and go outside to my hoop that was on the roof and try to play like kobe. Form like kobe,fadeaway like kobe. I miss him. 😢
