I think this'll be a series where we go around testing so called "Best" games on steam. The coolest communities, the best gameplay, the best graphics or storylines. I'm obviously not saying Hell Let Loose is the best, but after 40 hours of recording it, It's definitely in my top 5.
Please send videos you think would suit this series to my twitter: @RyeGamess.

Lastly: very sorry it took this long. If you follow my socials or are in my discord you'll know things have been a little hectic for me and It's starting to settle down now. Let's try upload 10 more videos this year minimum!

Pablos here. My friend who watches you sent me this video telling me that im famous! Anyway thank you very much for kind words, I really appreciate it! You were also a great soldier to have in a squad and if you want to play some more than im down :)

Achievement unlocked ; Getting called a Legend by Rye !

I'm sorry to hear you've had a rough patch in life, Rye. You're one of the most genuine people I follow on YouTube and wish you all the best in life.

So in August of last year I was diagnosed with brain cancer, the tumor was removed, and about a week or two later, my friends asked me to play Hell Let Loose with them. Super hesitantly, I played for the first time in about a year and a half. At spawn, I made a light comment about "I shouldn't even be fighting in this war I just had brain surgery!" and without missing a beat, my entire squad asked if I was alright and if I was even alright to be playing video games. "Shouldn't you be resting?" or "This game isn't a great game to be recovering with dawg" but I was having a ton of fun, and that's all I cared about. The visual deficit the surgery gave me was a tad annoying, but I could still play decent enough. Soon we were pushing enemy positions, my squadmates screaming "protect Quality, he's handicapped" lmao. The first month or so of brain cancer was damn rough but HLL with friends eased so much, brought me closer to a good amount of people, and even though I got frustrated sometimes, I couldn't have really come out of those times as easily as I did. While I should have been resting, I'm glad I spent my time wiping garrisons and dying to arty fire :,) very glad to see another Rye video pop up, I've been watching you and SourSweet on repeat for weeks now!

Looks like you had a good time on my server, Rye! Next time hit me up so I can join you for a collab!

Its worth noting HLL maps are the exact battlefields that they were actually fought on during the war. This can create some unbalance in some maps favoring one team over another... but something is sobering fighting over the same trenches and hedgerows and houses as in the actual battles

Hardest thing to learn in hell let loose is you don’t need to be always moving forward. So many people won’t stop running which leads them to dying or being pinned down by gunfire so they throw smoke grenades in order to keep moving which in turn blocks vision for everyone and they still die. If you just stop for a minute and watch for the enemy you will spot and kill them easily rather than making a slaughter for your team and yourself because you threw all your smokes and now no one can see the enemy.

Finally a video of you again. How can you make a simple video about a video game make me so emotional. I miss playing video games, not because i don't have the time for it but because i cannot feel this exciting, emotional or attracted to a game. There was a time i have met a community of people in destiny and it became my favorite game of all time (2500 hours) but we all went our separate ways and it is hard to find that same feeling... You sir are, in my opinion, my most beloved person to "Watch". The only YouTuber that can keep my interest for 30 minutes without losing focus. Please... in every moment of your life .. how down you may be. You are a light in mine with your videos. How small of a Meaning this is to you... Thank you! I even doubting to give gaming a go for the first time in months (after a few hard months)... and even hell let Loose ...

Hell let loose is a fucking great game. It's a fucking brutal game but if you're in an organized squad that communicates the experience is insane.

RYE GAMES POSTED! HAPPY DAYS!!!

7:56 DUDE THATS ME IN YOUR SQUAD

Rye has achived the stage where he is surprised to be recognized but to be fair, lots of people love your videos my friend.

I knew Hell let loose from the thumbnail alone. Kursk is one of my favourite maps in the game, especially for tanking.

Was a pleasure helping out on some of the HLL stuff, you know where to find us in future 💯 - CODYT, Team Manager [Blood, Sweat & Beers]

theres a HLL Vietnam game coming, looking forwards to that.

HLL has a steep curve that many new players fail to get over. Once you do it's by far the best FPS shooter out there

I'm 59 and I've been playing this since it came out in 2019. Pubs and competitive matches. Just over 4700 hours worth. Still going strong too.

6:12  The Skyrim music in the cart next to your teammates in the truck is top editing right there

Hell Let Loose is one of the best examples of playing for the team than for the self. You'll do boring jobs. You'll sit at a location defending it against nobody just in case. You crawl a long way to keep your head down. You'll use suppressive fire into an unknown treeline. You die a lot less than running around solo, deep in enemy territory. Rather than being a hero, think of it like you were one of those unfortunate lads thrown into war. You may not know what you're doing or where you're going. Stick with others. Follow your officer. If they're not there, follow another squad.
