I need a podcast of Hugh Grant just bitching about daily life stuff for 15 minutes. once a week is sufficient.

He owns his crabbiness. Integrity

He's matured as an actor. He can be charming and terrifying at the same time.

He's right about the backpacks. When I was in school, we all knew to take our backpacks off when we got on escalators, elevators, or stood in line. It's more difficult for people traveling with really large packs, but it really does save room if people take their packs off and carry them low.

6:45 “What’s with the clip clop clip clop clip clop” 😆🤣 Hugh is such a grumpy old Brit it’s hilarious.

He's right about the leaf blowers.

At my old house, there was a neighbour who had a team of about 9 idiots who would come to his place at least once a week to do yardwork from spring until the start of winter. This was on a street where no one else had hired landscape maintenance. The noise they would make with their leaf blowers once the leaves began to fall! And pushing the leaves around in circles on windy days, so they would just blow into some else's yard. Used to drive me bonkers.

Seth Myers is one of the few interviewers Hugh Grant appears to not only tolerate, but mildly respect.

Still great-looking with an incredible sense of humor BUT has become a grumpy old man. Which is okay because he does it with that posh British accent and uses that humor. ALWAYS leaves me smiling.

"Whyyyyy does everyone need a water bottle??!!" 😂😂😂😂

Hugh appeared on the Daily Show years ago and pissed everyone on the staff off in the first five minutes. Jon Stewart swore never to have him back. When an interviewer asked Hugh what he thought of Jon’s reaction, Grant said, “Jon’s absolutely right. I was despicable, and I’m sorry.” Jon left TDS as host shortly after, but Grant has appeared on Colbert more than once since—a host he also likes.

I saw Hugh Grant with his children a few years ago in the park. He’s great with his children, a real natural.

He's hysterical!! The leaf blower comment got me!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@pascalcrt 1 year ago

Omg I sooo agree about the leaf blowers! We survived for generations before without them and we can survive without them now!

@judeirwin2222 1 year ago

Totally agree with him about leaf blowers. Noisy, polluting and inefficient. What’s wrong g with rakes? They’re simple, non- polluting, quiet, and provide good exercise.

@beverleylocke4207 1 year ago

I agree wholeheartedly about the leaf blower. Dreadful noise particularly compared to the lovely swishing sound of broom or rake on crispy autumn leaves. 🍂

why does everyone need a water bottle? his voice killed me

@vantheman1238 1 year ago

Hugh Grant is a bonafide British treasure who charms the World. We should be exceedingly proud.

Leaf blowers. Why do people always seem to use them on a windy day? Worse still, the people using them don't pick the leaves up when finished. Just "leave" them in a pile...so that the wind blows them back to where they came from in the first place.
