55 and I have never been happier with my singlehood. My main love is for my Lord and my God who never left me, when I was broken. The only man I trust and feel safe.

And I don't quite understand why everyone thinks, not being in a relationship means not living. The live I share with Jesus gives me much more than any human ever could. And everyone who truly believes, feels this. That's just it.

It is ok. I am 64 & still never been married or met anyone. It was hard at times, but now it is well with my soul. The one who has stood by me completely is Christ. He has been there along the whole road. At times, I thought something was wrong with me and family would let me know so, but in the end, I am fulfilled and content. So, it really is ok for some if that's the road. Marriage is a wonderful thing and I adore many couples & their devotion to one another. It just wasn't meant for me & I am alright now & will be until my final day.

I'm widowed now have been for 13 years. I thank God for my husband. We found God together, and throughout our married life, every aspect of our life was a devotion to God. Since God healed me of my profound grief in the aftermath of my husbands passing, I have been celibate and continue to dedicate and devote my life to God... God/Jesus Christ is my everything... and while it can be isolating ... my friends have fallen away, as they think I'm obcessive, because I make time daily to pray, meditate, reflect and read the bible, but I don't care... God is my everything.

I think putting his relationship with God first says it all. Looking for a wife who shares his same faith is very important. You have to be able to pray together to seek God's will for your life together. He needs support, counsel, and someone who truly sees him as a man who needs unconditional love, and who will always pray that God's will be done through him, whatever path the Lord has planned for him. They both have to have the same goal of working together to please the Lord for the Kingdom. He is being wise and I believe God will bring the right wife, when the time is right.

I can’t imagine a better life partner than Christ! I’m 72, perfectly happy to be single because I know I’m in God’s will. I was married for 5 years at one point and I was NOT in Gods will.

My husband passed away last year September. We were married for 45 years. I am 68 years old. He loved God and me , and his family and friends very much. We both serve the Lord.. I really missed him very much, but Jesus showed me in a vision that he is with him. Jesus gives me visions when it is needed, for who he decides must know it as a warning most of the times🙌and I still hunger for God to learn every day more and more.❤️

I will be praying for him! I understand that will be a VERY special woman that God will bring to him when God’s timing is right. I am single too because my husband died. I wish him all the best in finding whomever God matches him with. I don’t want to marry him, because I would never want that kind of scrutiny in my marriage. I am too old anyway lol! I totally relate to the views Jonathan has regarding this subject. I am on the same path, I’m 47 years old and live alone without kids, because it feels impossible to find someone who wants to surrender his whole life to Jesus Christ, the way I do.
