My comment is simple. THANK YOU SO DARN MUCH..... From a single Dad trying to pass his NCLEX.

Statin drugs are taken in evening think as s for statin and s for sunset because the cholesterol is synthesized mostly at night time so we are taking the drug to lower the cholesterol level. All drug name ending in statin belongs to statin drugs but nystatin is a exception as nystatin is anti-fungal medication

Another strategy tip, if you see a question like the one at 2:15, with two answers that are the opposite, it is likely one or the other. "I will take this medication in the AM", vs. "I will take this medication in the PM". You have to take the medication SOMETIME, and that means either AM or PM or you don't take it at all! So even with no knowledge at all you can at least get to 50% chance with that strategy sometimes.

Take statin in evening when we at rest is when works best.  Statin nausea is common side effect would give with food etc

Hi Dr Sharon, I just came back to tell you i passed my exam yesterday on my first attempt. I wanna THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I watch all your videos and  let me tell you something, i could hear your voice in my head in that exam room. Interestingly i RAN OUT OF TIME while i was doing my exam. I used all 5 hours and at question 149 it told me i was out of time.  I will say this,  my exam was saturated with NEXT GEN QUESTIONS i got a total of 64 questions AND 48 SELECT ALL THAT APPLY and only 38 classic questions. It will be interesting to see if they will increase the timeline given to students because the next gen is a lot of reading. Thank you and mark again.
