Bravo Michael 15 years of experience is worth every dime they pay you

Ha ha ha !!
Make yourself IRREPLACEABLE and ask for a RAISE !

Protégé, not Mentee. 🫤

Roosendaal, The Netherlands

🤣

AI can't say esses!!

In a 4 day weekend like this, where truck are spoken for months in advance , shop space reserved months in advanced. And everything messed up but a kids unproven system.

Minty isn't that some kind of weird ocean aquatic thing😂

Wow its bit like that other guy who got 32k and the guy who walked away with 4.5k let the computer hack burn the company.  He was 46 years old

Employees that share private salary information are asking for trouble.

Michael Patterson  had worked at Precision for 15 years after getting out of the Navy as an IT specialist. Michael knew the company inside and out. He wrote most of the systems. Jonathan Pierce came in and Michael showed him the systems. Then Jonathan started showing up at board meets. Then in November Michael got a bonus of twenty five thousand dollars. Which is far less then he deserved. 15 years of service. Then Jonathan go eighty five thousand dollars. That evening he told Kate. Jonathan got eighthfive thousand. The next morning he found out Jonathan took his work and made it his own. Black Friday was a mad house. Michel found Jonathan system was choking. Michael patched it and then  ,Jonathan again. Michael then unplugged his lap top and walked away. Michael needs to work for someone else. Watching from Melbourne Florida USA 🇺🇲

Who needs ERP for manufacturing 😂 Just so that workers can fill in how many hours they worked on what project 😂

I find it cute the AI thinks Navy Destroyers rely on an IT network functioning. Obviously they are fatally wrong. I spent 3 years 3 months 18 days at sea on Destroyers and this story is full of it from the moment I heard that statement.

What does Black Friday have to do with a precision machine aerospace supplier!? It's not a retail business. 😅

Pacific Ocean is not Pacific when war boats navigating there 😢

Doormat.  Frankly as a tech guy, I fully understand.  But not your problem, not your responsibility.  Brain washed about duty

Time to walk away immediately. Make sure any patents you have are locked up.makevsurecyiuvhavevan idea of where you are going.

So your kids are too good to get a part time job to help pay for ther school I had two part time jobs when I studied electronics 😮

Good word usage.  I did not know that mentee refers to someone who is ignorant about the job and needs extensive training. 😮

You know what's interesting how these AI creators take bullshit stores from other AI creators and use it to conjure up there own bullshit stories.
