When you see the bride come out all smiles and says she loves the dress, AGREE WITH HER.

Why take a bunch of people who don't want to see what you want. It's not worth it at all

Mom was a real one. And the ONLY dress that made her smile was the first one.

6:33 Mother-in-law’s friend!? Why bring random people that you barely know?

I will never understand inviting so many other people in to take control of a situation that is yours ONLY to control.  This is not their day, this is YOUR day.

The first dress was light, pretty, sweet, and flattering. The "drama" dress was wearing her instead of her wearing the dress. She made the right choice.

What a nightmare that entourage is. Ugh. Too many people, each thinking she knows best. 🙄😬

I went dress shopping alone.  I narrowed it down to two dresses; one a straight silhouette the other a ball gown.  A father who was shopping with his daughter saw that I was alone, and trying to decide said, “If you’d like another opinion, I nearly fell off my chair when you came out in the ball gown!” Decision made; I’ve been married 26 years this year.

It seems bridal salons could limit the number of entourage guests who can attend the appointment.  A simple:  Please limit the number of guests accompanying you to the appointment to four people.  Then the bride could pick the ones whose opinions she values the most, and give her an out if others are trying to include themselves.

This appointments purpose is not to entertain her antorage, it's to help her hone in on what SHE wants.

So glad she picked the first dress which is beautiful on her. That gaudy dress the rest of the group liked was just annoying.

Future MIL’s FRIEND was there. WTF?? Why would you bring all those people???

I took just my mother with me to help choose my dress. She's got great taste, and I knew she wouldn't pressure me. We made a nice day out of it.

That first dress looked gorgeous on her

Trust Mum and leave the rest home.  What a horror show those people created and glad she stood her ground - gorgeous

Her mistake was in bringing all of those people.  I took no one with me.  It was my day and I knew what I wanted.  I saw it in the window.  I was in and out in a half hour, with what I wanted.

So 9 people fly to buy a dress?  What a waste of money.

So happy mom when in to check on her girl. Mom was so supportive

There should be a limit to how many guests you can bring!
