There’s no way the Spurs got worse.  We actually improved by directly shoring up our main weakness - lack of quality front court depth.  We added 3 young and athletic bigs through the draft who are each really good defenders, we added another scoring option at PF in Tobias Harris, we brought in a new offensive minded lead assistant in Billy Donovan to improve our offensive execution and open up our offense even more.

As a Kings fan, I will never say we couldn't get worse, but just having a the potential of Acuff and a healthy Sabonis, Murray, and Hunter should mean we aren't worse than last year. DDR was a ball-stopper that didn't space the floor (even if he's a great dude and high-level middy shooter and iso-player when he wants to be) and ideally Raynaud and Cardwell (and hopefully Nique) can take another step this year too. The only real loss was maybe Westbrook because we do need another PG and I think played well for us, but I think the other pieces should make up for that and with more spacing LaVine should be better for us this year too. I don't think we will be good by any stretch, but I don't think we are worse necessarily.

Tatum missed most of the year nd they didn’t have PG & Mitch. Now they trade a full season of JB for potentially a full season of JT, PG, & Mitch. They didn’t get worse at all

I think they said Minnesota got worse just because of the competition of the top 2 seeds in the west but I disagree. T wolves I think will be very good next season
