Hey friends! Many of you are wondering why I need a colonoscopy at such a young age?? I get it! Here I explain why --> https://youtu.be/pEU512J3djU

Gargle with Listerine before every glass to kill taste buds. Works like a champ..

Buy a bag of lemons, cut up the lemons, bite into a lemon then immediately chug as much prep as you can then bite into another lemon wedge BEFORE you take a breath. You don’t really taste it until you take a breath so you must bite the lemon prior to taking a breath after the chug.

Lol watching your video while drinking mine. Kinda makes it easier when I see others doing same thing 😂

You're a gem for doing this. So many folks find this embarrassing but this open conversation helps

When I did mine 5 years ago, I poured mine over a few ice cubes in the glass.  So, it was Golytely on the rocks.  The straw definitely helps.   Cold Golytely + Straw = Rock & Roll.   I get to do another one here in the next month.

You're a champ it takes me 2 hours to finish the 2 litres

Omg chica, I'm doing my colonoscopy prep right now and it feels less bad watching other people doing it, too! Thanks for the tips, too! I appreciate you, best wishes!

Your face and reaction at 5:25, along with your dog growling, is priceless.  Thanks for this video.  My first is next week.  NEVER thought I'd be googling colonoscopy prep videos!

You're adorable! So perky and happy and I felt less stressed about my first colonoscopy after watching your awesome video! Thank you for making this!!!😊

I found that adding 4 single serving size Crystal Lite Lemonade packets to the mixture makes it much less yucky. The lemonade packets give it a yellowish color, which according to the prep literature is fine to drink. Just no red flavors, Fruit Punch, etc.

I have my colonoscopy in two weeks and every trick is greatly appreciated.

Slowing the playback to .75 made it just about right, LOL

I have my procedure this Thursday the 23rd. My prep is the day before at 6:00 P.M. and the next prep is @ 2:00 A.M. 5 hours before the procedure. Going to consume just jello and  lot of juice and water the day before. Thanks for the input.

U talking about how to disguise the taste made it easier I was distracted by u thx btw

I'm watching this eating lemon jello, and my butt feels like it chewed up a dozen lit road flares. Cant wait for this to be over. Great video by the way

The best method I found was to buy TINY ICE CUBE trays, freeze the solution and then simply swallow the tiny cubes.  The cubes are quite small and can be easily swallowed.  There is no liquid to coat your mouth or tongue, so the awful taste is avoided.
Also, as suggested use some flavor drinks to help as well and pace yourself when swallowing the cubes.

I just love your positivity and your so light hearted.  You have taken all the anxiety out the procedure.  I can just hear you saying. You've got this.  Cheers.  Chug and Chase love it.

My tricks are:

- Cold enough to lessen the flavor but not so cold that I have to swallow slower, which would defeat the purpose.
- Drink the maximum allowed in one go. I'd rater suffer more less often than suffer less more often.
- I don't dilute it any more than the bare minimum instructed on the bottle because the more liquid you create, the more you have to drink. (again, reduce the length of the suffering).

Thx for the tips. I'm getting one tomorrow.  Today's day before. I'm worried
