CX-90 owner folds down the third row…

Now I have a CX-70!

I want CX-60 in North America,  everything of CX-70 but  shorter than CX-90.

Everyone knows it should’ve been the CX-60 they brought over to North America. The CX-70 just made no sense for how large it was as a 2-row model.

They screwed up the CX5 so badly, just give us the CX-60.

Not surprised, Cx70 was a very lazy effort. Should have been CX60. Instead delivered a Cx90 with 2 rows.

Hoping this means the CX-60 will be coming to Canada in 2027. (Made in Japan)

Like others have pointed out, the CX70 should have never happened since it is identical to the CX-90 outside the missing 3rd row, they should have just brought over the CX-60.

If the CX-70 just becomes a premium trim for the CX-90 that would make a lot of sense. I bought a CX-70 because the bumpers have a more aggressive look and just don't have a need for the 3rd row. For a big SUV with an inline6, it's quite nice to be getting 26mpg with my 30min daily commute to work.

I am so glad I got my 2026 cx70.
Fucking sweet 😂😂😂

The Mazda CX-90 is a fantastic vehicle. I just drove the 2026, and is so refined now. Mazda tuned up thi beautifully. They added some few things, like double acoustic glasses in the front. It's so quiet now. When you drive the 2024 model and now the 2026, it's like driving two different cars.
Nothing comes close to CX-90, only BMW X5, Mercedes GLE, or Audi Q7.

If they redo the CX-90 like the CX-5, its a signal that Mazda is abandoning the "premium" approach. The new CX-5 has more cheap plastic than ever before.

They need to focus on quality control...I like the company and what they're doing nowadays and even their newer products but quality control has to be at the forefront even if models have to be cancelled so be it.

I bought a CX 70 3 weeks ago and we love it. Glad we got it before they're gone.

I have a 2025 Mazda cx 70 s turbo premium.  Years ago, I had the 2010 cx7.  I loved the cx7 and it made me fall in love with mazda.  I rented a cx 90 on vacation and it drove smaller and felt smaller.  It was fantastic, but I did not want the cx90.  I chose the cx 70 because it is a 2 row suv that handles like a much smaller vehicle.  That really pisses me off! I do plan to own this cx70 for many years.  I know it will be reliable...it's an amazing vehicle...and it's in Soul Red Metallic.   Since they are the same vehicle, at least the parts for my beautiful cx70 will be around when needed.

I've been thrilled with my '24 CX-50 Turbo Premium.
Not a single problem, no squeaks no rattles.
This thing handles like it's on rails and looks awesome!
Zoom-Zoom💯

Im glad I got my 70 when i did. I conpletely agree they ciuld have just had a 90 option with 2 rows, but the look of the 70 was much better in my view. I got the turbo s premium, and the rims i like better, the front end looks better, the black trim on the 70 is also preferred to me over chrome.

The vehicle is not perfect, but i love it.

And** I have no kids!!

The good news is the 90 is still here so shouldnt be a problem getting parts, etc.

Edit, i drive almost exclusively on highway. If i drove city ibwould NOT buy it.

Mazda needs to keep their engineers and fire their marketing staff. The CX60 is also a bit narrower than the 90/70. A perfect size for a five passenger. Mazda fan here but they are not selling a product in North America that I would buy. Sedans have some rebound so bring back the 6 either way a six. No controller is a failure. BMW went to screen but kept the controller.

as a CX-70 PHEV owner I can say I saw this one coming. I like the vehicle, but the only reason I really went with it instead of a CX-90 was the color options.

Kirk Mazda Philippines showed new 2026 cx-5 hev model, they just added 24v battery and small electric motor adding to transmission just 5 hp more. That’s even not full hybrid.

I love my cx70, me and my wife dont need the 3rd row as we have no kids, we subbed 2 border collies for kids sonwe wanted something spacious but i wanted something with some HP, we settled on a cx70 GT-P and we love it!
