Imagine a place where the most popular name among white newborn babies is Moishe. A place where the largest maternity hospital is equipped with a synagogue right in the lobby, and elevators automatically stop on every floor on Saturdays so that no one has to press the damn buttons and violate the holy Sabbath.
A place where every fifth woman of reproductive age gives birth literally every year, and on the eve of Passover, proper shmura matzah is sold for as much as one hundred and thirty-two dollars per kilogram.
And no, this is not a video about Israel. We will definitely go to Israel, too, but of course only if we collect enough matzah in the comments, and today on the NeTravel channel we will go to explore New York. Or rather, only that part of New York that could easily be called the promised land.
In our favorite format, we will follow the path of two typical New York Hasidim, one of whom, although you probably won't believe me, is a girl. We will read the Torah, spit on goyim, eat oranges straight from the trees, and after walking the typical path from the maternity ward to the Jewish cemetery, we will understand which of what I said earlier is true, and which is just cheap hype for the sake of views.
